currently our region Friuli-Venezia Giulia is in the so-called white zone.
Since 1 May, the requirement to wear a mask in almost all enclosed places has been lifted.
It remains the recommendation to wear masks in crowded places and contexts where distance is impossible.
It the decision of the manager/owner of any activity, to ask to wear the mask inside their premises.
The green pass is required only in certain places and circumstances (e.g. access to wards, homes for the elderly, etc.).
The staff of the Aparthotel Adriatica & Villa Anna team is all fine, the Aparthotel Adriatica is open since April 29, 2022.
The management has decided to keep masks in the elevator (especially if you are travelling with people who are not members of your family/travel group).

According to our terms and conditions, any cancellation of the reservation is free of charge within 30 days before arrival; in case of cancellation within this term you will receive a voucher of the value of the deposit, which can be used for a stay in one of the two properties of Michelatsch Immobiliare in the summer of 2022 or 2023.

Is it possible to book for the next vacation?

You can book without any problems and, if necessary, later you can decide to change the dates of your booking.
Can I postpone my holiday with the deposit paid and without additional charges?
Absolutely yes, you can change the dates of your stay at any time, up to 30* days before arrival.
Until which term I can cancel my holidays without losing my deposit?
You can cancel free of charge up to 30* days before arrival! You will receive a voucher equal to 100% of the deposit paid.
Are the apartments sanitized and safe?
For the seasons 2020 and 2021, in relation to the recent situation caused by COVID19, we have defined specific protocols for the sanitization of the environments, in accordance with the ministerial directives, the ordinances of the Friuli Venezia Giulia Region and those even more specific of our trade associations, Federalberghi e Confcommercio and of course we will continue to apply them during the season 2022.
Michelatsch Immobiliare Srl, administrator of the Aparthotel Adriatica and Villa Anna, in addition to guaranteeing as always, the punctual and scrupulous cleaning of the rooms, has chosen to rely on professionals for their sanitization and then continue with the use of high-level products of the VIRKON line.
You will continue to find dispensers with disinfectant in every area of the structure and indications that help to respect the distance in common areas.
Bed linen and towels are also washed and disinfected according to current indications.

Can we go to the beach?
In 2020 and 2021, the beach offices were equipped in such a way that all necessary safety precautions could be observed and, of course, everything was adapted to the regulations in force this year as well.

What about outside our facility?
Green passes and masks are no longer mandatory, except in special places and circumstances (large crowds in enclosed places, sanitary facilities, residential wards, old people’s homes, indoor events, etc.).
