The flats of Villa Anna, all three-room apartments, are composed by a large living room with kitchenette, 2 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, utility room, terrace furnished with dining furniture and they have one (1) numbered, covered parking place available. Max 6 people. They are equipped with every comfort: air conditioning and underfloor heating, free WiFi, TV SAT 40", safe, hairdryer, washing machine, dishwasher, kettle, microwave, Nespresso coffee machine, large fridge with separate freezer compartment and induction hob.
The 60 sqm apartments GOLD are located on the third and fourth floors south-west side and offer, in addition to the modern design, also the sea view. The living area consists of a kitchenette and a living room with a double sofa bed. The sleeping area includes a double bedroom with bathroom, a twin bedroom, the main bathroom and an internal storage room with washing machine and clothesline. Both bathrooms have shower boxes. The large 30 sqm terrace with dining furniture, accessible from every room, is kissed by the sun throughout the day. The apartment is equipped with all comforts such as free Wi-Fi, Nespresso® coffee machine, dishwasher and much more. In each room there is an air conditioner and underfloor heating which makes it habitable in all seasons of the year.
