House rules

 

 

1. ARRIVAL and CHECK-IN

The occupation of the accommodation must take place on the arrival day between 16:00 and 20:00.

In case of delay or arrival outside the indicated time, please inform the Reception of Aparthotel Adriatica in time (+39 0431 194 5306).

Otherwise, the apartment will be kept free only for another day.

Check-in is at the reception of the Aparthotel Adriatica, whose entrance is in Via Vicenza 31.

Upon arrival, the identity documents of all persons staying in the apartment, including minors and small children, must be presented so that they can be entered in the guest register, in accordance with the obligation to register.

For registration, we recommend that only one member of the family/group comes the reception with all documents of the persons traveling with them (including minors and small children).

 

2. DEPARTURE and CHECK-OUT

The accommodation and its parking lot must be vacated by 9:30 a.m. on the morning of the day of departure, unless separate arrangements have been made with the reception so that our staff can check the condition and cleanliness of the accommodation and perform the final cleaning.

 

If the guest does not respect the check-out time without prior agreement with the reception, a penalty of 50% of the cost of the last night will be charged.

 

In case of early departure within the agreed period, the guest must continue to pay for the entire booked period and consequently cannot claim any refund of amounts already paid.

However, each case is handled and evaluated individually by management.

 

3. TERMS OF PAYMENT

  • PAYMENT

    In order for the reservation to be considered valid, the Guest must pay as confirmation approximately 30% of the rental price (additional services excluded) by bank transfer (any fees or commissions are the responsibility of the client), online payment by credit card (VISA or MasterCard) on our website www.villaannalignano.it or in cash at the reception of Aparthotel Adriatica in Via Vicenza 31.

    For short stays, may be requested directly payment of the balance or the first night.

  • PAYMENT OF THE BALANCE
    The balance must be paid upon arrival as follows:
    • in cash (up to € 1.999,99),
    • by ATM or credit card (only Visa and MasterCard can be accepted). Please check if you may have a limit on your credit card if you want to use this payment method, especially since you are abroad and the limit there is often different than in the domestic market.
    • The balance can also be paid by bank transfer, which must be received before the date of arrival. If the transfer has not been received on our bank account at the time of departure, the Guest must pay the balance with another means of payment.
  • RECEIPTS AND INVOICES

    It is possible to request a tax document or the issuance of an invoice in the name of a specific person or in the name of a legal entity.

    This request must be made at the time of booking, if possible, and in any case before the guests register.

    However, it is not possible under any circumstances to divide the total amount among several receipts/invoices.
  • SECURITY DEPOSIT

    The Guest is obliged to treat the apartment and household goods (dishes, appliances, mattresses, furniture, etc.) with the utmost care. Complaints about the condition of the apartment and inventory will be accepted only within 4 hours after handing over the keys. Any breakage or damage must be replaced.

    As a guarantee of respectful treatment, maintenance and proper use of the apartment, a deposit of € 200,00 (€ 1.000,00 for groups of young people or in special cases at the discretion of the management) is required at the time of handing over the keys, to be paid in cash.

    This deposit will be returned on the day of departure, after checking the good condition of the apartment.

4. NUMBER OF GUESTS

It is not allowed to accommodate more people (including children) than indicated in our booking confirmation.

If more guests arrive than registered (but in no case may exceed the maximum number of people allowed according to the description of the accommodation), we will notify the authority and charge an additional fee.

 

5. PARKING PLACE

Each booked accommodation includes one (1) numbered parking space (after 12pm on the day of arrival).

The parking space must be vacated together with the apartment by 9.30am on the day of departure.

It is not possible to reserve a specific parking space.

 

6. CLEANING OF THE ACCOMMODATION

Intermediate cleaning is not provided.

The final cleaning is included in the price of the accommodation but does not include the cleaning of the kitchenette and also of the dishes and pots.

If the accommodation is left excessively dirty, with garbage, dishes or textiles to be replaced, etc., a surcharge of € 50,00 will be applied for extra cleaning.

 

7. BED LINEN AND TOWELS

Bed linen and towels are provided for the number of persons indicated at the time of booking.

For extra needs, please contact the reception staff during opening hours (8.00-22.00)

 

8. PETS

It is possible to bring small dogs with you, for a fee, and only if previously communicated and authorized by the Management.

A maximum of one (1) dog (max 10 kg) is allowed per accommodation. The pet should never be left alone in the accommodation for a long time.

The Guest is considered responsible for damage or disturbance caused by the animal itself and will be required to sign a declaration of responsibility and to bear any expenses to repair any damage caused to things or persons.

 

9. ACCESS TO THE ACCOMMODATION

Staff authorised by the Management (in-house staff or external technicians) may enter the accommodation for cleaning and for any repairs or maintenance even in the absence of the guests and, in the event of an emergency or necessity, without prior notice.

 

10. RESPONSABILITY OF THE STRUCTURE

The management cannot be held liable for any breakage, accident, loss, theft, delay or inconvenience that may occur in the accommodation during the stay. Our staff always provides its services to help solve any problems, provided that any proven claims for damages must be agreed directly on the spot.

For any legal disputes, the exclusive jurisdiction is that of Udine.

 

11. SILENCE HOURS

With due respect for other guests, the hours of silence are to be observed from 13.00 to 16.00 and from 22.00 to 8.00. During these hours it is forbidden to listen to loud music or TV programmes (to disturb others), noise on the terraces, noise in the corridors, etc.

The staff of Villa Anna is obliged to intervene in case of non-compliance.

 

12. COMPLIANCE WITH REGULATIONS AND OTHER GUESTS

All guests are obliged to abide by the rules of Villa Anna and to observe the common rules concerning peace and respect for others, especially in the afternoon and at night.

 

13. ACCEPTANCE OF THE REGULATION

At the time of booking, with the payment of the deposit, the tenant expressly accepts all the above conditions.
