Booking, payments and cancellation conditions

 

Is it possible to book direclty from the homepage?

Which payment methods are accepted?
We accept cash payments (up to Euros 4.990,00 according to the current legislation), bank transfer (balance to be payed within 10 days prior to arrival) or Visa and Mastercard. Please check if you may have a limit on your credit card if you want to use this payment method, especially since you are abroad and the limit there is often different than in the domestic market.

 

Is it safe to enter credit card information on the website?
The percentage of those who have used electronic payment methods testifies that the risks are close to zero. Visa and Mastercard have been setting up very effective verification tools for years, such as the Secure Code or Verified by Visa, which provide for online card registration and the use of a specific password for online transactions.

We suggest you to set up the activation of the SMS alert service for card movements.

 

Do you accept reservations with credit card use only as guarantee?

Reservations are confirmed only upon payment of a deposit by bank transfer or by credit card.

 

Until when can I cancel the reservation without losing the deposit?

The current cancellation policies allow a free cancellation of the reservation up to 30 days before arrival. The deposit will not be payed back but turned into a voucher.

 

Are there fixed arrival and departure dates or is it possible to stay overnight for less than a week?

From 22nd June to 7th September 2024 we only accept weekly bookings with arrival and departure on Saturday. Outside this period there is only a minimum stay of 3 nights with no pre-established arrival and departure days.

 

Is the payment of city tax due?

Yes, there is a tourist tax. The amount is Euros 0.70 cents per person per day; children under 12 are free (unless updates of the municipality).

 

I cancelled my booking in 2023 and received a voucher, how can I use it?

It is sufficient to communicate that you are in possession of a voucher.

If the amount of the voucher is much less than 30% of the total amount of the deposit that is requested as confirmation, it will be necessary to make an integration.

 

The structure

 

Is Villa Anna facing the sea? Do the apartments have a sea view?

Villa Anna is located 50 meters from Lungomare Trieste, the closest beach. The apartments located on the sea side offer a side sea view.

 

Is there a parking available?

The reservation guarantees one numbered and covered parking space per unit.

The parking spaces are standard size (about 2.5m x 5.0m x h 2.10m).

Parking spaces are not guaranteed for vehicles of non-standard dimensions or with additional structures (e.g. garages).

 

The allocated parking spaces correspond to the number of the accommodation booked and cannot be exchanged for any reason.

 

The dimensions of the parking spaces and the space available for manoeuvring are standard and allow easy access to medium-sized commercial vehicles. In case of parking difficulties and/or for very long cars, SUVs, minibuses, motorhomes, sports cars/lowered cars or particularly tall cars (e.g. with roof boxes) the Management will not be obliged to find an alternative parking space.

 

All accessories belonging to the Guest (e.g. bicycles, trailers, paddles, inflatables and similar) may be placed in the property only if they do not protrude from the boundaries of the parking space allocated to them.
Otherwise, such items will have to be removed.

 

Can extra parking spaces be reserved?

Yes, extra parking spaces at the property (subject to charge) are upon availability and can be booked directly on arrival or shortly in advance.

The parking spaces are standard size (about 2.5m x 5.0m x h 2.10).

Parking spaces are not guaranteed for vehicles of non-standard dimensions or with additional structures (e.g. garages).

 

Are there parking facilities near the property?

The structure has an agreement with the Luna Blu car park, which is at approximately 700m; we advise you to contact them for any reservations for additional parking spaces http://www.parkinglunablu.com/

We do not guarantee parking spaces for vehicles of non-standard dimensions or with additional structures (e.g. garages).

 

Is a shuttle service available?

The Parking Luna Blu offers a free shuttle service the day of the arrival and the departure, available from approximately the middle of May until the middle of September, from Monday to Sunday from 9 am to 1 pm and from 4 pm to 7pm. Are there accommodations for disabled?
Yes, some apartments are equipped to accommodate Guests with disabilities.

 

Is smoking allowed or not in the apartments?

Smoking is not allowed.

 

Arrival and departure

 

Where do we have to check-in on the day of arrival? What is the check-in time?

Check-in procedures must be completed at the Adriatica Aparthotel, located in Via Vicenza 31, just 300 meters from Villa Anna.

The apartments are guaranteed from 4:00 pm on the day of arrival.

 

Should I register my personal details in advance or on arrival?

Registration is necessary before arrival. Upon the final confirmation of booking, sent by e-mail, our Guests receive a link to the registration form, which has to be filled in accurately. On the day of check-in, it is advisable for one Guest to come to reception with the documents of all the Guests (including small kids and babies) for a quick check.

 

Do I have to register my number plate in advance or on arrival?

The number plate can be registred together with the check-in online of all the people travelling or eventually directly at the arrival, when the reception will comunicate you the assigned parking lot. We highly recommend you to come to the reception desk with your car number plate details.

 

Is it possible to arrive in the morning?

It is possible to arrive in the morning; from approximately 10 am onwards, we provide parking and (if booked previously) the beach service (sun umbrella and sun beds) or eventually use the pool area of the Aparthotel Adriatica.

 

Is it possible to check in early and check out late?

Yes, it is possible, upon availability and extra charge, to check-in earlier or check-out later than the standard timetables. Unfortunately, it is not possible to confirm these possibilities with large advance.

Is there a free wi-fi connection available in the Villa?

There’s a free wi-fi connection; in each apartment you’ll find an information booklet where the wi-fi password is indicated.

 

Is there a dishwasher?
All apartments have a dishwasher.

 

Are the accommodations equipped with a safe?
Each accommodation has an electronic safe protected by a numerical code.

 

Is there a swimming pool?
Guests have access to the swimming pool of the Adriatica Aparthotel, upon identification at the reception. We recommend you to contact us through following channels in order to check the turnout:

Is there the possibility of having breakfast?

You can have breakfast at the Adriatica Aparthotel, upon reservation. Breakfast is served from 7:30 to 10:00 am; the extra charge is Euros 15,00 for adults and Euro 12,00 for children aged from 5 to 11.

 

Is linen provided?

Linen (bed sheets and towels) is provided for the exact number of people indicated in the booking.

 

Is cleaning service included in the price?

Final cleaning is included in the rate; on the day of departure, the apartment must be left in good condition and free from waste; the dishes and cookware must be washed and placed in the appropriate spaces.

 

Are pets allowed?
Small dogs (max 10kg, max 1 per accommodation) are allowed, subject to previous communication and authorization from the management. 

An extra charge is forseen and it will be required to sign a declaration of responsability.

Is children equipment provided?

On request and upon availability, we provide high chairs, baby bath tubs and bed rails (first accessory free of charge, eventually further ones € 5,00 per night).

Also, on request and upon availability, we provide a baby bed (for children within 2 years) or a bed of 1,60m (for children within 11 years) for € 10,00 per night.

 

How many television sets are there in the apartment? What kind of channels can be seen?

Is there pay TV?

Each apartment has 1 tv in the living room and an electrical set-up in each bedroom. There are both digital and satellite channels. However, pay TV channels are not offered.

 

Is there a rent a bike service?

Yes, it is possible to rent bicycles at the Adriatica Aparthotel, during office hours (8 a.m. to 10 p.m.). The service is subject to a charge and it is possible to hire by the hour or book for the whole day. 


Is there a laundry service?

Each apartment has a washing machine, an iron and an ironing board.

The beach

 

Is beach service available?
The property has an affiliation with the beach office Nr. 9, located a few steps from the Villa. The service is on reservation and subject to availability.

What should I do if I want to reserve two or more sun umbrellas located close to each other?
It is necessary to book the service in advance and notify us immediately at the moment of booking your need to stay close to other Guests.

Is it possible to reach the facility by public transport?

The nearest railway station is located in Latisana (precise name Latisana-Lignano-Bibione) and is 20 km away; it is connected to the city of Lignano Sabbiadoro with regular buses that during the summer season intensify the frequency of runs.
