Can I book directly from your site?

Is the Villa facing the sea? Do the apartments have a sea view?

Villa Anna is located 50 meters from Lungomare Trieste, the closest beach. The apartments located on the sea side offer a side sea view.


Which payment methods are accepted?
We accept cash payments (up to Euros 1.990,00 according to the current legislation), bank transfer (balance to be payed within 10 days prior to arrival) or Visa and Mastercard.


Is it safe to enter credit card information on the site?
The percentage of those who have used electronic payment methods testifies that the risks are close to zero. Visa and Mastercard have been setting up very effective verification tools for years, such as the Secure Code or Verified by Visa, which provide for online card registration and the use of a specific password for online transactions.

We suggest you to set up the activation of the SMS alert service for card movements.


Do you accept reservations with credit card use only as guarantee?
Reservations are confirmed only upon payment of a deposit by bank transfer or by credit card.
Until when can I cancel the reservation without losing the deposit?

The current cancellation policies allow a free cancellation of the reservation up to 30 days before arrival. The deposit will not be payed back but turned into a voucher.


Are there fixed arrival and departure dates or is it possible to stay overnight for less than a week?
From 25th June to 03th September 2022 we only accept weekly bookings with arrival and departure on Saturday. Outside this period there is only a minimum stay of 3 nights with no pre-established arrival and departure days.


Is the payment of city tax due?

Yes, there is a tourist tax. The amount is Euros 0.70 cents per person per day; children under 12 are free (unless updates of the municipality).

Is it possible to reach the property by public transport?
Yes, the property is very close to several stops of the urban bus line. Here we post you the link to visit the site of integrated transport system in the area:



The closest railway station is located in Latisana (the exact extended name is Latisana-Lignano-Bibione) 15 km away: it is connected to the city of Lignano Sabbiadoro by bus lines which increase the frequency of the races during the summer season and by taxi. Where do we have to check-in on the day of arrival? What is the check-in time?
Check-in procedures must be completed at the Adriatica Aparthotel, located in Via Vicenza 31, just 300 meters from Villa Anna.
The apartments are guaranteed from 4:00 pm on the day of arrival.

Is there a parking available?
The reservation guarantees one parking place per apartment.

Is it possible to book extra parking places?
Only on site upon arrival and depending on availability.
Are there affiliated car parks near the Villa?
The society which manages the Villa has an agreement with Luna Blu car park which is 700 meters away;
we suggest you to contact us for any additional parking needs.

Is there a shuttle service?

Are early check-in and late check-out allowed? Are the services guaranteed?
Upon availability to check on site and for a fee, we do not exclude the possibility of an early check-in or a late check-out.

Is beach service available?
The property has an affiliation with the beach office Nr. 9, located a few steps from the Villa. The service is on reservation and subject to availability.

Is there a free wi-fi connection available in the Villa?

There’s a free wi-fi connection; in each apartment you’ll find an information booklet where the wi-fi password is indicated.


Is there a dishwasher?
All apartments have a dishwasher.


Is there a swimming pool?
Guests have access to the swimming pool of the Adriatica Aparthotel, upon identification at the reception. We recommend you to contact us through following channels in order to check the turnout:

Is there the possibility of having breakfast?
You can have breakfast at the Adriatica Aparthotel, upon reservation. Breakfast is served from 7:30 to 10:00 am; the extra charge is Euros 12,00 for adults and Euro 8,00 for children aged from 5 to 11.


Is linen provided?
Linen (bed sheets and towels) is provided for the exact number of people indicated in the booking.


Is cleaning service included in the price?
Final cleaning is included in the rate; on the day of departure, the apartment must be left in good condition and free from waste; the dishes and cookware must be washed and placed in the appropriate spaces.


Are pets allowed?
Small and medium-sized pets are allowed, subject to previous communication and authorization from the management. 
An extra charge is forseen.

What measures are taken regarding sanification?
For season 2021, in relation to the situation caused by COVID19, we have all defined specific sanification measures of the environments, according to the ministerial directives, the ordinances of Friuli Venezia Giulia Region and even more specific ones of our trade associations, Federalberghi and Confcommercio.
Michelatsch Immobiliare Srl, administrator of Aparthotel Adriatica and Villa Anna, in order to ensure the accurate and scrupulous cleaning of the rooms, has chosen to rely on professionals and to use products of high level of the VIRKON line.
Is children equipment provided?
Upon request and subject to availability, we provide free high chairs, baby baths and bed rails.
Always upon reservation, for payment, we provide a travel baby bed at the extra charge of Euros 8.00 per day.


Is smoking allowed or not in the apartments?
Smoking is not allowed.

Are there accommodations for disabled?
Yes, some apartments are equipped to accommodate guests with disabilities.

How many television sets are there in the apartment? What kind of channels can be seen?
Is there pay TV?
Each apartment has 1 tv in the living room and an electrical set-up in each bedroom. There are both digital and satellite channels. However, pay TV channels are not offered.


Is there a rent a bike service?

Yes, it is possible to rent bicycles at the Adriatica Aparthotel, during office hours (8 a.m. to 10 p.m.). The service is subject to a charge and it is possible to hire by the hour or book for the whole day. 

Is there a laundry service?
Each apartment has a washing machine, an iron and an ironing board.
